Marketing is one of the most important factors in determining the success of your business. Work on a good marketing plan to get you the results that you want.

Do you have all the knowledge and skills that required to start and run your business? If you don't have all the knowledge and skills, hire people with proven track records. You could also try and get the knowledge from other business people or courses.

It's a good idea to have an over all idea of how each part of your business functions. The skills and resources can be bought, what you have to work out is how best to employ these skills and resources to earn you a profit.
